Recent CCSB Enhancements

CCSB recently updated its online portal with new self-service features.

  • COBRA Indicator now shows Federal vs. Cal-COBRA, and changes can be made online or using a change form
  • Cal-COBRA notices and packets will be mailed to the last known address
  • More time for renewals! Groups will no longer go into “expired” status if not competed by renewal.

Kaiser Traveling Member Program

Kaiser offers care options when employees are traveling! If something unexpected happens while an employee is traveling, it’s easier than ever to get care. 

Kaiser offers:

  • Remote virtual care
  • MinuteClinic or Concentra urgent care
  • Visit any emergency or urgent care facility while traveling through Cigna’s PPO Network providers and facilities. Just use your digital ID card, available in the KP app.

For urgent and emergency care while traveling out of state, Kaiser Permanente HMO and EPO members have access to Cigna’s PPO Network* providers and facilities. All they need to get care is their digital ID card, available in the Kaiser Permanente app.
