Health Net New Broker Bonus Program

Health Net has a new incentive bonus program for agents who are considered NEW. A new broker with Health Net is any brokerage agency that has not sold a Health Net medical plan within the last 3 years. 

Small Group New Broker Incentive Program (Includes Cal Choice)

Number of new groups sold Broker will receive per group
1 $2,000 per group
2 $3,000 per group
3 $4,000 per group

New Member Incentive Program: Brokers will receive $60 per member

Large Group New Broker Incentive Program

Number of new groups sold Broker will receive per group
1 $1,000 per group
2 $2,000 per group
3 $3,000 per group
4 $4,000 per group
5 $5,000 per group

Broker Incentive Program: Brokers will receive 2% of the paid premium received for 12 months for a new large employer group contract

Kaiser Broker Bonus

Increase your earning potential with Kaiser’s small group broker bonus! For all new small groups sold to effective dates of December 1, 2021, through January 1, 2022, take home a $100 bonus per enrolled subscriber. This bonus is on top of your regular commission and standard broker reward programs such as the Total Replacement and Group Production rewards. Groups submitted through Dickerson are eligible!

IRS Adjusts Health Flexible Spending Accounts and Other Benefit Limits For 2022

On November 10, 2021, the IRS released Revenue Procedure 2021-45, which increases the health FSA salary reduction contribution limit. For health FSAs with a carryover feature, the maximum carryover amount is $570 (20% of the $2,850 salary reduction limit) for plan years beginning or ending in 2022.

Insurance Agents Get Big Compensation Boost to Help Enroll and Renew Millions of Californians
