Anthem Announced the Launch of Vivity to Small Group

Vivity is a clinically integrated network of top-ranking health systems, including UCLA and Cedars, previously only available for Large Group in Southern California. Starting January 1st, 2022, Vivity will be available to Small Group at an incredibly competitive rate! Vivity drives value by providing a seamless member experience with coordinated and affordable care.

Health Net Recognized for Top Customer Service

Forrester recently recognized Health Net as #1 in Customer Service, Newsweek-Statista recognized Health Net as one of America’s Best in Customer Service. This is a direct reflection of Health Net’s commitment to improving their member’s experience. Health Net is also rated as one of America’s Best Customer Service Companies by Newsweek.

The 2022 America’s Best Customer Service rankings were identified from the results of an independent survey of more than 25,000 U.S. customers. These customers evaluated retailers and service providers from a variety of categories, including health insurance. The results of the survey identified the top five companies/brands in each category that were rated as best in customer service.

Cigna + Oscar Portfolio and Bonus Updates

Cigna + Oscar announced they will be offering PPO plans on the Open Access Plus network as of January 1st, 2022!

They will continue to offer two competitive networks for small group, LocalPlus, and Open Access Plus. As of 1/1/22, Open Access Plus will convert to a PPO product (ie: those plans now have out-of-network benefits). LocalPlus products will remain as EPOs.

Cigna + Oscar revised their bonus program to reward those brokers who want to wrap up their renewals early and enjoy the holidays! Here are details on the revised bonus program:

Case Bonus (3+ EEs) for $500 (10/1 – 12/15 effective dates)
Keeping things simple through the end of the year
Sell a case with 3 or more employees, receive $500
Unlimited number of accounts
Eligible for October, November, and December effective dates

 

Early Submission Bonus (1/1 effective date)
Q4 can be busy, get your cases in early, get paid, and enjoy the holidays
Get your 4+ EE case approved between 11/1 – 11/30 get $700
Get your 4+ EE case approved between 12/1 – 12/15 get $500
Get your 4+ EE case approved before 1/1 get $350
Unlimited number of accounts
Eligible for 1/1 effective dates

DICKERSON INDIVIDUAL UPDATE

VSP Enrollment Bonus

VSP is paying an additional $40 per new enrollment for Q4! This is a bonus on top of new enrollment commissions!

During the incentive period, brokers who have new enrollments shall receive $40 per new enrollment. VSP will pay Dickerson, and then we will pay you! VSP will not be paying brokers directly.
