L.A. Care values the performance and production of our Broker Sales Channel for the L.A. Care Covered line of business. At this time, we are pleased to share a new incentive for the 2020 Open Enrollment Season. All contracted Agents will be eligible for the incentive; this will be in addition to standard commission structure L.A. Care offers to its contracted Agents. The incentive program is structured under two key metrics, new member production and member retention. The incentive program will be measured by enrollment production at the close of open enrollment, and reconciliation will take place after March 31, 2020.
